💮 Arrival, welcome to space, sharing circle. Third Eye activation before we enjoy and share Blue Lotus Flower Tea. We will delve into the history, mystery, magic and sacredness of this incredible plant - in respecting and learning we can connect with the tea in a much deeper and loving way 

💮 ‘Dream-state’ meditation supported by reiki healing and sound harmonising with the third eye chakra. Write and journal whilst still in a meditative state, a dedicated time will be given to this and will take place towards the end of the meditation. Channel directly from your inner-knowing

💮 Come back to the room, we will have some sharing time to ground, integrate and the close the session. Your intuition is like a muscle, and through this session you’ve just given it a great workout - leave knowing that alignment is on the way ✨✨✨
