Markham Forest Revegetation Project (Second Planting event)

The KooyongKoot Alliance have obtained a generous grant from Melbourne Water and with the Friends of Markham Forest we are planting indigenous plantings to build on the revegetation work carried out by the community over the past few years.

Most of the hard work has been done in the planting of over 4000 trees for The Queens Jubilee Project, but this work will involve planting 3000 more plants, both consolidating and expanding on the work previously done.

 So this is a really important phase...please come along and pitch in..it will be a really rewarding day .....with a BBQ to follow.
