Designed for those new to mindfulness (but also relevant for people with some experience), this workshop explores the basics of how to practice mindfulness, recognise when you’re operating on autopilot, and make more conscious choices in daily life. Through simple yet effective techniques, mini practices, and practical reminders, you’ll gain the tools to begin your own mindfulness practice—helping you stay present, focused, and intentional in both work and life.
