Movement to reawaken the body - Enjoy a grounding Hatha yoga session to clear tension, rebalance energy, and invite a sense of lightness and vitality.
Deep restoration for the nervous system Yin yoga combined with sound bowl healing — slow, nurturing practices that activate your parasympathetic nervous system, your body's natural "rest and digest" response. These practices gently slow the heart rate, lower blood pressure, support digestion, and signal your body to stop producing the stress hormones that have been keeping you on high alert. In other words: they tell your body it is safe to stop.
Insights from ancient wisdom - Gain insights and wisdom from ancient spiritual teachings adapted for modern life, offering a broader perspective on why we struggle, and a wiser way to meet ourselves in the midst of it..
