Five friends, deeply passionate about preventing domestic violence and homelessness, have come together for round two to host a morning of wellness—raising awareness and funds for this important cause while giving back to the community.

Set against the stunning backdrop of McLaren Vale at the renowned winery d’Arenberg, the morning begins with an uplifting mat Pilates class led by Alicia, followed by breath work guided by Soph from Power of Breath and a sound bath guided by Alicia. Alana will craft a nourishing and delicious breakfast, while Solace & Heart will complete the experience with a selection of beautiful matcha blends. Guests will leave feeling refreshed, connected, and carrying a thoughtfully curated goodie bag filled with delightful surprises from some incredible sponsors. 

Ten dollars from every ticket will be donated straight to Catherine House, with the option to donate further. Catherine House is a foundation that provides longer-term accomodation and support services to woman experiencing homelessness and domestic violence within South Australia.
