Cacao ceremony to open the heart and sound healing to completely take you to a place of love..... finishing off of course with movement, dance and a beautiful vegan meal....

As you embark on our sacred journey to surrender and receive, you're able to foster a deep sense of inner peace and balance.

Our intention is to leave you feeling nourished, rejuvenated and blissed out....touching your heart and soul.....

We start with a little breathwork to come back to the parasympathetic nervous system, to alkalise the body, bringing you into a relaxed state of being, we then move into a gentle flow & yin yoga practice to release tension and clear the meridians and chakras, working deeply into the facia to release stress and trauma held in the physical and energetic bodies. We will enjoy a powerful cup of cacao brewed with love to drop in completely to the experience and to open your heart and connect to spirit. Crystal sound bowls to enhance the journey throughout.

This is truly a special workshop for anyone wanting to fill their cup, if you suffer from anxiety or depression, or are feeling stressed out or needing some you time....this is for you!

Your host's Kristy Ferrari is a breathwork facilitator, shamanic healer, cacao ceremonialist & yoga teacher and Jacke Eyre owner of Salt Space Yoga Studio is a yoga teacher, incredible  sound healer and massage therapist to name a few things. 

Together their compassion love and kindness will allow you to feel safe and supported throughout the journey.

Both Kristy and Jacke have a passion to nourish, awaken, heal and empower both woman and men.
