Description

🌕✨ NOVEMBER FULL MOON YIN EVENING
Our final circle of the year 🤍

To celebrate our last circle of the year, we have a special offering: a mini cacao ceremony woven into our intention setting.

Together, we’ll share a warm cup of cacao, pause to acknowledge the year we’ve lived, and make space for what we want to welcome next.

An evening of Yin Yoga, breathwork, reflection and sound healing by the sea.

Release • Renew • Reconnect

🌕 NOVEMBER’S FULL MOON

As November’s Full Moon rises and Spring moves towards Summer, you’re invited to step away from the busyness and come back to yourself.

This Full Moon falls in Gemini, opposite the Sun in Sagittarius. In astrology, Gemini is associated with curiosity, communication and the stories we tell ourselves, while Sagittarius invites us to explore meaning, perspective and what feels true.

We’ll use these themes as gentle prompts for reflection:

What stories am I ready to stop repeating?
What do I need to express honestly?
What would I like to make more space for?

You don’t need to have the answers. Sometimes, giving yourself a quiet moment is enough to begin.

🤎 A SPECIAL CACAO & INTENTION-SETTING RITUAL

We’ll begin with a mini cacao ceremony: a simple, mindful ritual of holding our cups, noticing the warmth, sipping slowly and setting a personal intention.

Cacao contains naturally occurring flavanols, alongside theobromine and some caffeine. Cocoa flavanols have been studied for their potential to support blood-vessel function, although the amount varies between products and a ceremonial cup isn’t a guaranteed health benefit.

For our circle, the invitation is simple: enjoy the warmth, savour the taste and let this shared moment help you arrive.

There’s nothing you need to feel or experience. You’re welcome to participate with water instead.

✨ YOUR EVENING INCLUDES

🤎 A mini cacao ceremony with intention setting
🌿 Gentle, grounding breathwork
🌕 Reflection inspired by November’s Full Moon
🌸 A nourishing Spring-inspired Yin Yoga practice
📝 Space to journal and reconnect
🍂 A closing letting-go ritual
🔔 Sound healing during Savasana

No yoga experience or flexibility required. We’ll use props and offer options so you can find a comfortable version of each posture.

Come exactly as you are. Give yourself an evening where nothing needs to be achieved.

🌸 OUR SPRING YIN JOURNEY

In Traditional Chinese Medicine, Spring is associated with the Wood Element and the Liver and Gallbladder meridians.

Within this traditional framework, these themes connect with growth, flexibility, vision and moving forward. We’ll draw on them as inspiration for our practice, exploring where we might soften, adapt and create a little more room.

As our final circle of the year, this is also an opportunity to acknowledge how far you’ve come.

The things you navigated.
The moments you enjoyed.
The beginnings you’re still finding your way through.

You don’t need to finish the year with everything figured out.

Perhaps your intention is simply to meet yourself with more kindness.

🌿 WHY YIN?

Yin offers a slower space to explore gentle, sustained postures with the support of props.

Our practice invites you to:

• Explore flexibility and comfortable movement
• Practise noticing sensations without forcing
• Develop mindfulness through stillness and breath
• Make time for rest and reflection
• Balance a busy, active life with a quieter practice

The aim is never the deepest stretch. You’re encouraged to adjust, move or rest whenever you need.

🤍 WHAT TO BRING

• A comfortable yoga mat
• Layers and warm socks
• A blanket
• A bolster or pillow, and yoga blocks if you have them
• An eye pillow or scarf, if you enjoy using one
• A water bottle
• A journal and pen for intention setting and reflection
• An optional meaningful item to place on our shared altar

Please let me know about any dietary requirements or allergies before the evening. Cacao is optional and contains caffeine and theobromine; if you’re sensitive to stimulants or unsure whether it suits you, you’re welcome to join the ritual with water.
