Palmy BID - AGM 2024

AGM Business will include the following:

• Apologies
• Confirm the minutes of the 4th AGM held November 2023
• Receive the Annual Report of the Executive Committee
• Receive the duly reviewed Financial Statements for the year
• Confirm the Executive Committee (total committee being no less than 7 and no more than 11)
• Elect a Chairperson and Deputy and Treasurer who will be selected from Members of the Executive Committee
• Appoint the Reviewer for the Financial Year 2024/2025
• Consider any other General business
