Apologies
Confirm the minutes of the 4th AGM held November 2023
Receive the Annual Report of the Executive Committee
Receive the duly reviewed Financial Statements for the year
Confirm the Executive Committee (total committee being no less than 7 and no more than 11)
Elect a Chairperson and Deputy and Treasurer who will be selected from Members of the Executive Committee
Appoint the Reviewer for the Financial Year 2024/2025
Consider any other General business
