Event description
Penfolds celebrates 180 years of remarkable winemaking with a unique degustation at Bivacco. Enjoy a flute of Penfolds Champagne on arrival with poached crayfish crostini, before discovering a classic flight of Penfolds Bins, including the iconic Penfolds Grange. Dishes have been expertly curated to match these fabulous wines; tuna crudo with buttermilk and apple, Lake Ohau wagyu, classic osso bucco and Black Forest layer cake.
Grange is known as the most powerful expression of Penfolds multi-vineyard, multi-district blending philosophy, and is one of the world's most celebrated wines, officially listed as a Heritage Icon of South Australia.
The event will be hosted by Brand Ambassador for Penfolds, Sam O’Connell.
Tickets are $165 per person and include 5 courses with 6 wines.
