This wonderful 8 week course is designed to enable you to develop your own practise.
You will need the 8 weekly sessions to empower you on your journey of healing in your own home 15 mins twice per day.
Chi Kung or Qi Gong, as it is normally called, is an ancient part of Traditional Chinese Culture. It enables the practitioner to tap the energy from the Cosmos and channel it through one's body to achieve good health and vitality, longevity, mind expansion and spiritual cultivation, irrespective of race, culture and religion.
The yin / yang harmony enables a practitioner to achieve good health, mental clarity, longevity and spiritual cultivation. It enables a person to be relaxed and alert at the same time.
Practicing High Level Chi Kung enables a person to harmonize yin and yang in their body and achieve good health
It is this chi flow which enables the practitioners to un-block the energy meridians in their bodies which in turn leads to good health
One does not have to be ill to practice Chi Kung. In today’s fast paced life everyone goes through physical and mental tension, depression, anxiety, stress or tiredness, High Level Chi Kung is the answer. It promotes mental clarity along with relaxation which will enhance decision making, good health and vitality.
All it requires is to PRACTICE CHI KUNG fifteen minutes twice a day; making it a part of your daily routine.
In this day and age, when we are all pressed for time, Chi Kung enables one to achieve more from less.
