Recloaking the Bay – Te Puke Screening
Event description
Can farming help save our lakes?
Our screenings of Recloaking the Bay have sold out, and with strong community demand we’re taking the film on the road. By popular request, we’re excited to bring Recloaking the Bay to Te Puke for a fourth screening, giving more people the chance to see local farmers’ stories and be part of the conversation about farming for the future.
This powerful 30-minute film shares the stories of seven Bay of Plenty farmers who are taking action to protect water quality, restore wetlands, enhance biodiversity, and build climate-resilient, profitable farms. Their experiences show how whole-of-catchment approaches are making a real difference for our 13 lakes, our communities, and our future.
Join us at Capitol Cinema for an inspiring evening of storytelling and connection. We will be playing the film at 5.45pm.
Seats are limited to 100 and are expected to fill quickly. Reserve yours now and be part of the conversation about creating a thriving Bay of Plenty.
