Join Rose, an experienced yoga teacher and sound healer, for a rejuvenating 2-hour journey of restorative yoga, breathwork, and meditation, enhanced by the healing vibrations of crystal bowls.

Session Details:
You'll be guided into various restorative yoga poses, supported by props and your breath. Each position is held for 10-15 minutes, allowing you to deeply relax. Your final savasana will be complemented by a calming sound bath.
Who Is This Session For?
This session is ideal for anyone seeking complete release and relaxation, a brief escape from the hustle of daily life, and a chance to recharge their body and mind. No yoga experience is required! Just come prepared to get on your mat and back up again.
What to Bring:
- Your own yoga mat and water bottle.
- All props will be provided, but feel free to bring your own bolster, cushion, or blanket for added comfort.
- Dress in comfortable clothes suitable for the weather.
Additional Information:
- Light Refreshments will be provided post-practice.
- Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in and settle in before we begin.
