Sound Bath - Relaxing guided sound meditation for balance
Event description
Experience the bliss of soothing sound instruments including Tibetan & Crystal Bowls, Voice, Drums & more.
Spring's in full bloom! Days are expanding and more light is coming into our lives. As our part of the world starts to open up towards summer, it's a great time to focus on balance and grounding, light and darkness (shadow), yin and yang, right and left, and so on...
I'm looking forward to working with harmonious intervals, symmetrical patters, balancing instrument combinations, and other wonderful sound / energy healing tricks with the intention of bringing about a state of equilibrium and clarity. Of course and as always, you're welcome to bring along your own personal intention for the session.
Bring your yoga mat and a pillow, and join us for an evening of guided meditation, relaxation, and intuitive healing supported by soothing sounds and melodies.
Limited spaces available - book now to avoid disappointment.
Natalie Grace is one of the few highly experienced, professionally trained sound healers around. All her sessions are a loving combination of expertise and intuition.Â
She will present a beautiful, nurturing Sound Bath Meditation to gently open your energy body and bring about a state of flow. Relax, Regenerate and Reconnect as you enjoy the music of sacred sound instruments including Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, Percussion, Voice, and Chimes.
Bring yoga mats, pillows, and anything else to make yourself comfortable while you lie down and experience the soothing sounds.
The session will start with a guided meditation to help you wind down and start to relax, then the sound bath will begin. At the end of the session you will be guided out of the meditation and given time to ground yourself before you leave.
