Stillness & Strength: A Ritual for Inner Radiance
Event description
Stillness & Strength: A Ritual for Inner Radiance
July 2025 Edition | 3-Hour Sanctuary Session
In the heart of winter, stillness becomes a source of quiet power. This July, Stillness & Strength invites you into a sanctuary of presence — a sacred pause to clear your mind, warm your body, and reconnect to what truly matters.
We begin with a seasonal Gong Fu Tea Ceremony, where each warming sip soothes the nervous system, opens subtle channels, and anchors your awareness. From this space of deep receptivity, we transition into Calligraphy Qi Gong — a moving meditation where breath, movement, and intention become one flowing brushstroke.
This inner journey is balanced by a powerful Thermo-Contrast Ritual — cycling between the fire of a wood-fired sauna and the stillness of a cold plunge. This dynamic reset awakens your body’s intelligence, fortifies your inner strength, and leaves you feeling restored and resourced.
We close with a magnesium foot soak and herbal chai — giving space for quiet integration, shared reflection, and gentle connection.
