The Complete Reboot | Chakra Workshop, Activation Meditation & Sound Healing

Join us on Sunday, 17th December for Part 2 of "The Complete Reboot" series  -  Chakra System Workshop & Activation Journey 

This event will be focused on developing your understanding of the Chakra System - also known as Energy 'Centre' or 'Wheel', on both a spiritual and practical level before moving into an immersive Chakra balancing journey of guided Meditation and Sound Healing.

The Chakra System is in the heart of Yoga philosophy and it is incredibly useful to understand how your everyday behaviours influence the alignment of your own Energy System. Reiki healing is a powerful spiritual method to rebalance chakras, however even as a Reiki practitioner I believe in "being your own healer".

This workshop and immersive journey is suitable for all levels, whether you are new to learning about Chakras or you want to deepen your knowledge and learn practical ways of to understand your energetic state and how to rebalance.

This experience will include:

🔅Chakra System Workshop

In depth workshop on understanding the Chakra System, including:

• The origins of the Chakra System as understood in Yoga philosophy & Reiki
• The 7 main Chakras: what are they, where are they located, associated qualities 
• How to know if your Chakras are balanced or imbalanced
• Practical and spiritual ways to support in activating & rebalancing your Energy Centers. 

*An information card will be provided, however please bring a notepad/journal to take additional notes*

🔅Meditation Tea

• Special blend tea to enhance your meditative state & relaxation (ingredients shared on the day)

🔅Chakra Activation Journey

• Guided Meditation -   focused on centering your awareness inwards to support in understanding and rebalancing your Energy Centers. All meditations are uniquely developed for the focus of our events.
• Sound Healing -   bathe in healing sounds of crystal singing bowls tuned to various notes to support in activating your Chakras

WHAT TO EXPECT ON ARRIVAL

On arrival, please make your way through the arch doors and place your belongings in the space provided at the back of the studio room. If you are early, there is a comfortable waiting area at reception.

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. You're welcome to bring a blanket and/or pillow for ultimate comfort!

🔅 We will begin with the Chakra System workshop as described above. An information card for the Chakra System will be provided, however please bring a notepad/journal to take additional notes.

🔅 We will then serve a Meditation Tea - a blend of 2-3 ingredients that will support in deepening your Meditation & Sound Healing experience.

🔅 This will then lead into the Guided meditation and Sound Healing

🔅 Stay back for some fruit and moments of connection
