This month’s Expansion Breathwork Experience is a 3-hour immersive workshop for those ready to explore a deeper, more integrated practice. Together, we’ll examine how unconscious physical and emotional armour—formed through early life experiences—shapes our energy, breath, posture, and sense of self.
This workshop is an invitation into potential, presence, and power. We’re not here to fix—we’re here to explore, expand, and experience what’s already within.
Rather than focusing on trauma or stories, this workshop invites you to reveal and release protective patterns through breathwork, bodywork, and somatic awareness. You’ll learn how the nervous system adapts to protect us—and how we can soften those patterns not by force, but through presence, curiosity, and conscious breath.
Understanding the Character We Create
Blending Breathwork, Bioenergetics, and Bodywork techniques, this workshop draws on the lens of characterology—the subtle behavioural and postural patterns we take on in childhood that become our energetic armour. We’ll explore how these imprints show up in your body today and how breath and movement can gently support their release.
You’ll be guided through simple, powerful practices to:
- Activate your life energy
- Support emotional integration
- Restore presence, clarity, and creative flow
You’ll Gain:
- Insight into the five primary character structures and how they show up in your body and life
- Tools to support nervous system balance and emotional regulation
- Practices to enhance your energy, expansion, and authentic expression
By the end of the session, you’ll feel more connected to your innate vitality, with practical tools to support your personal growth and emotional wellbeing beyond the workshop.
All participants will also receive a one-month free membership to The Expansion Project online program, with additional practices to support integration and lasting transformation.

WHAT TO BRING
By bringing these items, you’ll be well-prepared to dive into the transformative experience.
- Please bring a yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on. Maybe a small pillow or cushion.
- Blanket and socks are recommended if you tend to feel cold. This will help keep you cosy and relaxed throughout the session.
- Wear clothing that is comfortable and allows for easy movement. You’ll want to feel unrestricted as you explore different techniques.
- Journal for reflection. It’s great to jot down any insights, revelations, or moments of clarity that may arise during the workshop.
PREPARATION
- Have an empty stomach and avoid coffee or other stimulants on the day of the event. Have a light meal or snack 2 hours before if needed.
- Be alcohol and substance-free as this work will produce emotional releases and non-ordinary states of consciousness and awareness.
- Come with an open mind and allow the magic of Breathwork and the power of universal prana to work their wonders.

Breathwork is a powerful healing modality and although usually safe, deeply relaxing, and enjoyable, it can result in physiological changes that may produce a mild altered state of consciousness with physical and/or emotional release. Please be aware that sessions can produce tingling of the hands, face, or feet, and emotional experiences like crying, laughing, or screaming due to excessive energy moving through your body.
As a precaution, the following conditions are contraindicated for anyone thinking of practising this style of Breathwork: recent surgery, pregnancy, detached retina or glaucoma, uncontrolled high blood pressure, cardiovascular disease, history of aneurysms, uncontrolled thyroid conditions, diabetes, respiratory issues, asthma, epilepsy, or seizures.
