Event description

Who is this masterclass for?

This masterclass is designed specifically for early-stage people leaders/managers (3–12 months of leadership experience) who are transitioning from individual contributor roles to leading teams. If you are adjusting to balancing personal workload with team responsibilities, this session will provide actionable tools to manage your time more effectively.

What is this masterclass about?

Stepping into a leadership role comes with increasing responsibilities and competing priorities. Managing your time effectively is not just about productivity—it’s about aligning your efforts with your team’s and organisation’s goals while avoiding burnout. In this 90-minute live virtual session, you’ll learn practical strategies to structure your workload, set clear priorities, and manage distractions, ensuring you can lead effectively without feeling overwhelmed.

Improving your time management and prioritisation skills will help you:

  • Shift from reactive firefighting to proactive planning, improving decision-making.
  • Align daily work with long-term goals, ensuring both personal and team success.
  • Reduce decision fatigue and manage energy effectively to sustain high performance.
    What will you learn?

    In this masterclass, you will:
Apply the "Win Your Week" technique to structure your time and prioritise key tasks.
Explore different systems and tools to manage tasks effectively and reduce cognitive load.
Identify key distractions and develop strategies to stay focused on high-impact activities.
