This masterclass is designed for people leaders/managers at all levels who want to improve their delegation skills and create a culture of ownership within their teams.

What is this masterclass about?

Effective delegation is more than just assigning tasks—it’s about empowering your team, building trust, and creating an environment where people take ownership of their work. Many leaders struggle with delegation, either holding on too tightly or letting go without enough support.

In this 90-minute live virtual session, you will learn how to delegate with confidence, strike the right balance between control and autonomy, and coach your team members to grow into their responsibilities.

• Format: Live virtual session on Microsoft Teams
• Group Size: 6–12 participants for an intimate, interactive experience
• Language: English
• Engagement: This is a highly interactive session, including breakout room discussions and reflection exercises. Participants should ensure they can be fully present, with no distractions or competing commitments.
