    - meditation (sitting, and walking!)

    - short bushwalks

    - 'tree yoga': stretching, balancing and kundalini energy-raising with big, strong trees!

These techniques, practiced an in beautiful, safe outdoor space can instantly bring you:

    -  natural ways to raise energy without the use of caffeine, sugar and other 'short-term' highs!

    - a calm, alert mind

    - re-invigorated, balanced body energy

    - a sense of joy and feeling grounded in your heart

      - feeling a healthier connection to self, others and the natural world
