 We take this time to set intentions and drop into a beautiful relaxed state ready to breathe! The Blue Lotus flower is the highest vibrational flower on the planet.The blue lotus flower, known for its calming and euphoric effects, facilitates relaxation, inner peace, and heightens spiritual awareness. The Blue Lotus Ceremony is a sacred ritual involving the consumption of blue lotus flower(Nymphaea caerulea). The Blue Lotus flower holds significance in various cultures and has been used for its psychoactive properties,  it is a spiritual practice associated with the ancient Egyptian civilisation as well as the Mayan and Indian civilisations.

In ancient Egypt, the Blue Lotus was known as the "sacred narcotic lily of the Nile" and was associated with the sun god Ra and the afterlife. GENERAL PREP FOR THE SESSION

Please bring along anything that will make you feel warm and cosy, no tight clothing and bring water for afterwards!

Bring along your yoga mat or something to lie on and a blanket for warmth and comfort. I recommend not eating 2 hours beforehand and eating light natural foods that day is also recommended, come hydrated but it's best not to drink too much just before the journey. 

Bring your journal and pen!
