VIPASSANA DURGA is an age old therapeutic technique popularised collectively more recently as 'breath work'.

I allign these sessions with the energy of the dark moon as it moves into the new moon. This offers support both for deeper connection to the essence of one's inner being, and to access more deeply held blockages for release. (IE: emotional, psychological, physical, hireditary, past life hinderances and the such like)

Estatic experiences are common as are difficulties related to that which has been hidden, ultimately, the peace, pleasure and expansion of more authentic self connection is the aim; in the contect of that which benefits one, benefits all.
