    Join me for this calming and grounding yin yoga, pranayam and meditation practice before the holidays to create space in the body, breath and mind.

    We'll enjoy:

    - deep and slow yin yoga to create space and ease in the body

    - pranayam to bridge the body and the mind, the conscious and the subconscious

    - meditation to find space between thoughts.

    All bodies welcome. No previous experience required.

    Please bring with you your bolster, blanket and any other props you may need. 

    Our yoga shala has mats and blocks for all.
