Join me for this calming and grounding yin yoga, pranayam and meditation practice before the holidays to create space in the body, breath and mind.
- deep and slow yin yoga to create space and ease in the body
- pranayam to bridge the body and the mind, the conscious and the subconscious
- meditation to find space between thoughts.
All bodies welcome. No previous experience required.
