About this event

Join us to learn more about our new resource Count Me In and how you can use it to support your child find joy and belonging in their local community through activities.

You’ll meet two members from the Count Me In Co-design group, who helped shape this practical resource. Kymie, mother to Frankie; and Natasha, mother to Miller will share:

  • What inspired them to get involved in a project on community participation and inclusion
  • How their personal experiences informed the tools and resources
  • What they gained, and their future plans on using the resource for their own families

This event will be hosted by Kindred Peer Facilitator Eliza Hoare. Eliza, is a mother raising three sons in a neurodiverse family. Eliza headed up the co-design group and harnessed her personal lived experience and insights from the group to develop Count Me In.
