Our Couples Restore evenings are designed as a nourishing heart, mind, and body experience for partners, held in our serene temple studio.

These evenings weave together gentle guided breathwork, meditation, live soothing sounds, and aromatherapy, creating a sanctuary where you and your partner can truly unwind side by side.

This is a space to slow down together, to soften into each other’s presence, and to enjoy simple, loving touch such as hand massage and shared moments of stillness. Through co-regulating your nervous systems, you’ll both find yourselves sinking into deeper calm, connection, and intimacy, without needing to speak a word.

Perfect for couples who are curious but unsure about our ‘Loving Deeply’ workshops, or for those who have attended and are ready to embody the practices even more fully, these evenings offer a gentle introduction (or continuation) into shared relaxation and connection.

✨ Breathwork helps release tension, calm the nervous system, and create more mental clarity.
✨ Meditation guides you inward, fostering emotional balance and inner peace.
✨ The healing vibrations of serene live sounds amplify these effects, encouraging deep relaxation and a quiet sense of renewal.
