Meredith Davies
Meredith Davies worked as a therapist and creative dance facilitator in the mental health and disability arts before training with Gabrielle Roth in the USA in 2001. She taught 5Rhythms in Europe and America and has now been teaching weekly classes and workshops in Melbourne and around Australia for nearly 20 years. In 2015 she trained as a 5R Heartbeat teacher with Gabrielle’s son, Jonathon Horan, and in 2019 she completed a Heartbeat Refresh. With her husband David Juriansz, together as Moving Essence, they have helped make Melbourne an international mecca for the 5Rhythms practice mentoring students, trainees and teachers.
