2023 CoW Sustainable Communities Workshop Series Wrap-up Celebration & Showcase
Event description
Join us for the wrap-up and celebration of the 2023 City of Whittlesea Sustainable Communities Workshop Series!
This event aims to celebrate the learnings and creations of those who participated in the workshop series over the course of the year.
We’ll have food, prizes, and chats to discuss what we learned and showcase our sustainable living practices.
Those who attended the workshops will receive a certificate of recognition for their participation.
Workshop participants are invited to bring any of the following to display in the showcase:
- preserved foods made after our home food preservation workshop
- packets or containers of seeds made after the seed-saving workshop
- textiles mended after the repair workshop
- photographs, poems, artworks, or written reflections written about nature
- anything else related to the workshop series you would like to share!
Registration
required. Please note on the registration form what you intend to display at the showcase.
Lunch will be provided so please list dietary needs when registering.
Children are welcome but must be supervised by a carer/parent at all times.
