The world of work is shifting—fast. Many of us are navigating increasing pressure and uncertainty, all while trying to stay connected, purposeful, and productive. In the midst of it all, creativity can feel like something we don’t have time for.

But what if creativity isn’t a luxury or a distraction—it’s essential to how we adapt, lead, and move forward?

Creative Alchemy is a day-long, immersive workshop designed to help people access and activate their creativity as a resource for navigating change, solving problems, building stronger, more human-centered ways of working, indeed – building community.

Led by Ann Green, Steven T. Licardi, LCSW, and Kathleen Calabro, this workshop offers space to pause, reflect, connect, play and reconsider how we engage with our jobs, our careers and with each other.

This workshop is designed to help you stretch your creative muscles, go beyond your comfort zone, and rediscover creativity as essential to how you work, think, and connect—transforming how you see yourself in your professional life.

Join us for this playful, creative and growthful workshop!
