You will learn:

History and Culture of Zines: Understand the origins and significance of zines in alternative and DIY culture.
Concept & Design: Learn how to brainstorm and develop themes and ideas for your zine and tips on designing layouts and incorporating images.
Collage and Mixed Media Techniques: Explore creative methods for combining text and visuals.

About the instructor

Becky is a self-proclaimed curious creative. They work across various mediums to engage in the creative process particularly when it comes to following their interest in a new form of artistic expression. They have taught informally to groups online and look to expand their connection through curious creativity.
