Front of room: Facilitation Skills & People Management
The second workshop is centred on your front of room skills - how do you get the most out of the people in front of you? We'll focus on your facilitation skills and explore some key people management techniques. We'll explore how you can use body language, voice and listening skills to manage a variety of situations in front of you. We will look at how to successfully work with different personality types (individually and in groups) and how to give appropriate feedback.

You can attend one or attend all three. If you attend all three workshop you'll get a Certificate in Innovation Delivery.
