This workshop is all about getting off to a strong start. The focus is on the pre-workshop prep and kick-off of your project. You'll learn how to create the ultimate pre-event checklist to ensure that both clients and participants have clear expectations. We'll discuss how to build an inclusive facilitation space that sets up the group for success.
