Creative Music Workshop
Event description
You are warmly invited to explore sounds on a wide variety of instruments and to enjoy creating music together. Please feel free to bring your favourite acoustic (non-electric) instrument to the workshop.
No prior experience is needed. The workshop is suitable for adults, and children 11 years and older.
Facilitator: Janet Dudney has had a life-time involved with music. Her early years were in NZ, after which she moved and studied in London before living in the USA for 30 years. While in the USA, she taught music to all ages and established the music program at Nevada City School of the Arts in California. Last year Janet was facilitating Sound Bath workshops at Unitec and most recently she has been conducting Sound Bath workshops as part of EcoFest.
