"Unleashing Inner Calm" is an immersive and transformative class designed to equip participants with the skills and knowledge to craft captivating and effective hypnosis scripts and meditation sessions. Utilizing vivid imagery to create mental landscapes that promote relaxation and focus.

Week 3: Positive Suggestions and Empowerment

Incorporating positive affirmations and suggestions to address specific issues and goals.
Fostering self-belief and empowerment through language and tone.
Understanding the ethical considerations of hypnosis scriptwriting.

Week 4: Deepening the Trance State
