Come join us at North East Metro Connect for a fun and inclusive Friday afternoon! We welcome families and carers who want to get together with other cricket enthusiasts to share a meal and watch the game at our Ivanhoe hub.

Who we are

North East Metro Connect is a warm and welcoming space for families, carers, supporters and kin of people challenged by mental health and/or alcohol and other drug use.

The establishment of the service, as one of eight “Connect centres” across Victoria, was one of the key recommendations in the Victorian Mental Health Royal Commission.

North East Metro Connect has been co-designed by people with a lived/living experience of being family members and carers of people with mental health and substance use concerns. We work closely with people across the community to ensure families/carers’ needs are understood and supported.

Our service is funded by the Department of Health.
