Croissants

A workshop demonstrating how to make traditional French croissants and pastries in our commercial kitchen.

In this workshop you will learn how to make the dough, the art of the fold, rolling the perfect croissant and how to prove and cook your 8 croissants at home.

Bring an apron & container.

Date: Saturday 28 October 1:30pm to 4:00pm
