Crystal Palace Tour

Visit Chattanooga has a fantastic lineup of tours available to WITS attendees. These day tours are only for attendees with a confirmed ticket in their name to WITS 2026.

A guided 45-minute walking tour featuring dramatic crystal formations, active geology, and rare underground species. This tour offers stunning visuals and approachable storytelling, perfect for creators looking to capture beauty, scale, and a side of Chattanooga most visitors never see.

By registering, you agree to share at least one post or story on your social platform of choice to help amplify these local businesses. Social handles and suggested tags will be provided in advance.

Meeting Point: Chattanoogan Hotel Lobby
Meeting Time: There are two (2) tour start times, check your date - 12 PM, 1 PM
Return Time: approximately 2:30 PM or 3:30 PM, depending on which tour you select
Tour duration: a couple of hours
Accessibility: The cave is not wheelchair or stroller accessible. Wear comfortable, active clothing & shoes.

Cancellations
• If you can no longer attend, you must cancel using the link in your confirmation email by May 19, 2026
• Late cancellations after this date will incur a $50 USD fee per tour
