Join us for a spiritual directors' professional development day on Sunday, October 6th from 1:00pm-2:00pm.
We are inevitably enmeshed in our culture. Like the air we breathe, we can fail to notice its impact. Especially regarding key questions of life and death we can unknowingly absorb values that clash with the faith we profess. As spiritual directors we are called to become more aware of those places of dissonance within ourselves and better able to hear them in those we accompany.
About Presenter
Maureen Bacchi has been teaching for the Spiritual Direction Institute for more than 25 years. Originally with the Cenacle Sisters and now with Emmaus Spirituality Center. She has also provided multiple programs over the years to Houston area universities.
