Sound Bath Therapy.

Sound healing synchronizes brain waves to achieve profound states of relaxation, helping to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of the cells in our bodies.

The adult body is 75% water, and water is a great conductor for sound vibration. When vibrations travel through the body, they promote circulation, energy flow, and rejuvenation. The frequency of the sound synchronizes with the brainwaves and activates destress responses in the body. Sound can shift frequencies from low energy of guilt and fear to higher vibrations of love and joy.

Sound healing helps the body do what it does best by realigning on a cellular level to heal itself. It’s a scientific fact that everything in the universe is vibrating and everything has its own resonant frequency. When those resonant frequencies get misaligned, that’s when disease or illness happens.”

The same is true of our bodies. Every cell—every organ, every bit of blood, your brain, your entire body—has its own resonance, its own specific frequency. Sound healers restore or maintain those healthy frequencies through a process called entrainment.”

〰️Pain relief: One study looking at chronic spinal pain found that people treated with singing bowl therapy experienced significantly decreased pain intensity as well as decreased stress.

〰️Balancing and harmonising the body: Many proponents claim that the vibrations of a singing bowl can produce beneficial changes in the body by "harmonising" the cells and "balancing the body's energy system."

Abou Our Special Guest

As far back as she can remember, Francielli has been connected to spirituality, religion and faith. She was taught from an early age to share and give without expecting anything in return.

Flowing through a journey of multicultural courses, retreats and sacred rituals, Francielli went on to specialise in DNA, Advanced and Digging Theta Healing, Reiki levels 1 and 2 and Tibetan Singing Bowl Therapy.

“Then and there, I made the unconscious decision of starting an NGO and unite a fair community that works as one”.

It was April 2020, amidst a global pandemic, that CURA was born - inside a spare bedroom in Francielli’s home.

It started small and humble. A donation-based space to exchange energies.
