Participants in this special workshop will come away with a resilience tools to help cope with work and life, even amidst trying circumstances. The workshop is also an excellent precursor to those considering doing the full Cybermindz.org training program this year.

You will learn the basic neuroscience to understand the causes and effects of stress and anxiety and the positive brain changes the Protocol can bring. You will also encounter a facilitated shift into deep rest opening the way to both emotional and cognitive restoration, correct processing of unresolved stresses and the ability to reconnect with your innate sense of mission and purpose.

The Protocol is easy to practice and is both restorative and preventative. It is a powerful resource for anyone concerned about their mental health—or that of their teams.

Its effectiveness is backed by over 25 independent research studies as well as the personal experiences of those who have completed Cybermindz.org training in the past 12 months or the iRest programs over the last 18 years.

It has been used in multiple settings from front line healthcare workers, emergency responders, homeless shelters, drug dependence units, palliative care facilities, victims of domestic violence and the military. It is trauma-aware and has been used extensively with sufferers of PTSD, anxiety, depression and debilitating pain.

It is also of benefit for those seeking to reconnect with a deeper sense of purpose in life, giving clarity and insight and therefore the ability to make better decisions.

"Cybermindz offers crucial strategies to help people in the industry manage stress, improve their cognitive recovery and focus. I have not seen anything offered like this in the industry. The program has had a great effect in my burnout recovery, I highly recommend it as an excellent addition to the cyber defenders toolkit."
