Envision a weekend dedicated to movement, breath and feeling alive in your body once more. A gathering rooted in connection and real care. Let Earth steady you, Water relax you, Fire empower you, Air inspire you and Ether bring your experience into wholeness.

This is a space to revitalise, reinvigorate yet also slow down, reset and enjoy practices and philosophy that supports your wellbeing on every level.

Welcome to the Coromandel Yoga Festival.

A Festival With a Difference

What sets this festival apart is the journey.

Across the weekend we move through the five elements together, creating a shared experience of balance and connection.

You can choose the classes and workshops that suit you, yet still feel part of a bigger guided flow.

Three dedicated spaces support your weekend:

• BODY SPACE — movement, strength, yoga, dance, everything for your beautiful body.

• MIND SPACE — talks, philosophy, practical tools for everyday life, the mental body and bringing balance to your mental health.

• SOUL SPACE — meditation, breath work, mantra and quiet reflection to soothe and harmonise your Soul.

Our offerings are simple, welcoming and designed for all levels. Whether you are new to yoga or a long-time practitioner, there is something for everyone.

What to Expect:

Step into a weekend of learning, moving and restoring your energy. We journey from the grounding of earth to the spaciousness of ether guided by experienced teachers in yoga, dance, meditation, breath work and mind medicine.

Each session invites you into deeper clarity and connection, supported by incredible music, inspiring workshops and nourishing food made with love.

It’s a chance to feel lighter, calmer and more at home in yourself.

Why the Five Elements?

We are made of the same elements that shape the natural world around us. When these forces are in balance, we feel steady, energised and well.

Working with the elements helps bring harmony to your body and mind, supporting better focus, emotional balance and a deeper sense of ease. It’s a simple framework that anyone can benefit from.

Six Doorways to Connection

Each practice supports a different part of your wellbeing

• Grounding through all styles and levels of yoga

• Expanding through breath

• Flowing through dance

• Awakening through meditation

• Deepening through practical wisdom

• Restoring through nourishing food

Our teachers are carefully selected from a pool of wisdom keepers within the Coromandel region. We have so many wonderful teachers and presenters bringing their Mahi, lived wisdom, qualifications and love.

Together as a collective collaboration, we aim to bring to you a weekend full of incredible experiences and a journey to remember.

With love from the CYF Team
