Dance and Wellness and Gone Frolicking are teaming up for a vibrant event that celebrates movement, wellbeing, and pure joy. Whether you’re looking for gentle exercise, social connection, or the thrill of performing a dance routine to a classic pop hit, this is your chance to dive in—no dance experience required!

Led by Leisa Stock and Anja Ali-Haapala, this fun-filled morning is designed for over 50s but welcomes anyone eager to get sassy on the dance floor. Let’s dance, laugh, and embrace the magic of movement together!

Accessibility & participation information

What to wear:

Something you feel fabulous in! Just make sure your attire will allow you to move freely.
Please wear enclosed shoes.

Dancing:

The choreography is designed for standing participation. However, chairs are available in case you need a break - we've got your back!
The choreography is pitched at a beginner level - no experience required. As a rule, we don’t do any high impact dance moves like jumping or floorwork.

Venue:

The venue is fully accessible (no stairs).

Interpreter:

We regret that a sign language interpreter will not be available at this event and apologise for any inconvenience.
