A soul-stirring, heart-expanding dance journey into pure presence. With transformative soundscapes and gentle guidance, discover deep self-connection, release, and freedom. No steps to follow, just your body, breath, and rhythm.
Pause, breathe, and reconnect with yourself. DANCEmandala is a gentle yet energising movement experience where you’ll release tension, awaken your inner wisdom, and move with freedom and ease.
Through music, breath, and movement, you’ll:
Release stress and restore balance
Feel grounded and connected to your body
Awaken heart wisdom and inner guidance
Move gently into stillness, reflection, and self-compassion
Open to adults of all ages and abilities, no dance experience needed. Come solo or bring a friend.
