DanceMoves with Cazna is a fun, music-filled movement program specifically designed for older adults to improve physical, mental and social wellbeing. No dance experience required.

Each 45-minute session combines adaptable seated and standing movements to improve strength, balance, flexibility and confidence while enjoying the benefits of music in a safe, welcoming and social environment.
