Biodanza is a system developed in South America in the 1950s that is now practised in over 50 countries over the world.

Biodanza is for everyone, no specific level of fitness or dance experience is needed. There is no right or wrong.

Each exercise/dance is an invitation to explore and express your potential in a fun, inviting and engaging way with music, movement, dance and interactions with the group.
