Feel the freedom to express yourself through music and movement, increase your vitality, reduce your stress levels, and feel rejuvenated while having fun in a group environment. With regular practice improve your sleep, cope better with the demands of life, connect more deeply with yourself and others, and improve your relationships.

No steps to copy or perfect. No right or wrong. No expectations. Do it at your own pace.

Bring a bottle of water. Wear comfortable clothes. All levels of fitness and ability welcome.
