Dangerous When Wet is a fabulous new musical comedy celebrating the friendship and rivalry of local swimmers Fanny Durack and Mina Wylie - Australia's first female Olympic representatives and winners of Gold and Silver in the 100m freestyle at the 1912 Stockholm Olympics.
Narrated by Australia's first Hollywood Superstar, Annette Kellerman, this vaudeville-styled, hilarious and touching show will have you laughing, crying, singing along and rejoicing in Australia's swimming history.
Written by Eliane Morel and Merran Hughes, composer Joanna Weinberg and musical arranger Daryl Wallis.

Yes!
The Bondi swimming community is encouraged to book for Sunday 11th October, 5pm
Wylie's Baths and Coogee swimmers are encouraged to book for Friday 16th of October, 7pm.
That said, anyone is free to book any dates they choose!
- Are there discounts for group bookings?
Yes! A 10% discount will automatically apply if you purchase 10 or more tickets. The discount will appear at check-out. (NB this discount does not apply to concession tickets)

As well as a gorgeous voice and beautiful earthiness, Cypriana brings her own experience as a competitive swimmer to the role of Fanny Durack: "It's great to swim with friends, and it's even greater when you beat them!"
Grace Trainor
Grace's winning combination of a beautiful voice, musicality (she can also play the trumpet!), strength and vulnerability make her perfect for the role of Mina Wylie

In the truest vaudeville tradition, our only male character, Cecil Healey, is played by the extraordinary Jacinta Gregory, in drag.
Addy Robertson
Addy's amazing voice, impeccable cockney accent and on-point vaudevillean attitude make them the perfect fit for the role of Jennie Fletcher - English champion swimmer.
Annerose de Jong
Annerose's comedic chops and fabulous voice brilliantly bring to life the larrikin Mrs Mack, sports entrepreneur and fundraiser extraordinaire.
