Dare to Dream - 5 Week Group Wellbeing Program for Women
Event description
This well-being workshop series is facilitated by an experienced counsellor. Topics will be determined according to group needs and interest and may include:
- Developing a self-care plan
- Assertiveness skills
- Empowering self
- Managing anxiety
- Managing depression
- Well-being after trauma
- The power of positive thinking
- Reaching goals
- Less stress and more energy
- Being your authentic self
- Great communication matters
