FUSE Films - First Nations film evening

A special multi-film evening, showcasing innovative First Nations films.

WINHANGANHA (Wiradjuri language: Remember, know, think) is a lyrical journey of archival footage and sound, poetry and original composition, by acclaimed Wiradjuri multi-disciplinary artist Jazz Money. Commissioned by the National Film and Sound Archive of Australia (NFSA), it examines how archives and the legacies of collection affect First Nations people and wider Australia.

Ngarabal filmmaker and Darebin resident Isaac Winzer will present several short works, sharing his story and his work as a film writer, director and editor. Isaac will also take part in a Q&A discussion with singer-songwriter and Ngiyampaa man Pirritu, facilitated by artist, documentary maker and screenwriter Rochelle 'Rocky' Humphrey.
