Death, Documents & Donuts @ PSS

Getting your “affairs in order” can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be! Join us for “Death, Documents & Donuts” and carve out a couple of hours on a Saturday morning to get familiar with advance planning documents and work on your forms. We’ll supply the coffee and donuts, and end-of-life professionals will be on hand to answer questions and explain paperwork.

Planning documents that will be made available include:

• New York State advance directive (health care proxy and living will)

• Estate planning personal inventory worksheet

• Five Wishes living will document (for purchase)
