Getting your “affairs in order” can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be! Join us for “Death, Documents & Donuts” and carve out a couple of hours on a Saturday morning to get familiar with advance planning documents and work on your forms. We’ll supply the coffee and donuts, and end-of-life professionals will be on hand to answer questions and explain paperwork.

New York State advance directive (health care proxy and living will)
Estate planning personal inventory worksheet
Five Wishes living will document (for purchase)
